  • Remove fingerprints and smudges from all doors, frames and wall coverings.
  • Water fountains: Ensure clean, healthy conditions at the water fountains, all fountain surface area including the dispensing areas, bowls, metal housing and all bright metal fixture units will be clean and polished.
  • Remove empty boxes and trash from designated areas once each hour.
  • Report all mechanical deficiencies (I.E. dripping faucets, etc.) to building manager
  • Spot clean (minor spills) all spots and adherents must be removed as they occur from floors.
